Chocolate Protein Muffins
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop PurePath Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
1 scoop PurePath Collagen
1.2 cup Almond Flour
2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Monk Fruit
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 splash Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add muffin liners to muffin tray.
Add mixture to mini muffin or regular muffin tray.
Bake for 15 min.
