Full payment is due prior or at time of any session or service with all paperwork filled out completely and signed. You must cancel a minimum of three (3) days prior to your first appointment to receive a full refund if paying in advance. A mileage fee will be included for all house calls outside the 10 mile radius for in person sessions.
